Every Friday, every week in each month we will be hosting a donation-based yoga class. 100% of the proceeds will be given to the organization chosen for that quarter with the hopes that we can assist multiple organizations in our community throughout the year.
Additionally, we collect items for two local food pantry's year-round, Ministries Unlimited in Troy and the Maryville Outreach Center in Maryville. The collection buckets are at the front of the studio to collect items. If you are not able to stop by the studio with your donated items, you can also donate to the food pantry directly at the following link:  Donate- Ministries Unlimited Pantry

New & Used - Jacket, hats and gloves
Throughout the fall we are collecting new and gently used jackets (all sizes) along with new hats and gloves. So as you switch out closets and need a new home for them, do bring them our way.
We will donate them to Warner's Warm Up in December, which is part of Operation Food Search. They are distributed to families in the metro bi-state area. Bins located at the studio for collection.
