Why Yoga

Note: September 20th will begin at 11 am
Bring your mat, water, and a sweatshirt if needed. We’ll gather near the lake, breathe with the trees, and let the season guide us.
If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll return to the studio and keep the flow going.
