Class Duration
Our classes are between 45–90 minutes with class times noted on the schedule. Class styles vary by instructor — try them all to find your best fit!
New Student
New students will be required to sign a waiver prior to attending their first class. All students are required to check in at the front desk before entering class.
Age Requirements
Individuals must be 18 years or older to practice yoga on their own. Children age 16 and older may attend with a legal guardian. Proof of age may be required. Children are not permitted in the studio while parent’s/guardian’s practice.
Classes designated for children will list appropriate ages.
Arrival Time
Doors open 30 minutes before each class, and doors will lock once class begins. Please arrive on time!
Safety
For the safety of all students, firearms, other weapons and/or illegal drugs are prohibited from the premises of Seabright Yoga. Cameras monitor the premises and common areas.
Class Cancellation
We understand life happens. If you have signed up for a class in advance and need to cancel, you may cancel yoga and reformer classes up to 6 hours prior to class start time to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations can be done through the Vagaro app.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy, Effective 9/1/2024
Life happens! The cancellation policy is structured to give you the flexibility to make changes to your booked classes, while allowing the studio plenty of time to admit waitlisted students and fill open space. We appreciate your cooperation!
Cancel Window
You may cancel a yoga or Pilates class up to 6 hours prior to the class start time to avoid a cancellation fee or loss of class pack.
Late Cancellation
A late cancellation is when you cancel a yoga or Pilates class within the 6-hour window prior to class start time. With a late cancellation, you will lose your class pass, but will not be charged any additional fees.
No-Show
A no-show happens if you neither late cancel nor attend a class you are pre-registered to attend. With a no-show, you will lose your pass and incur an additional $5 no-show fee. Fees will be charged automatically to the card on file. If no card is on file, fees will be applied to the account to be paid prior to the next class.
Please note: most workshops and special events are nonrefundable. Please review individual event policies prior to purchase.

Workshop cancellation and refund policies are listed on individual workshops. Please be sure to familiarize yourself with the policy before signing up.
Recordings + Photos
Yoga classes may not be recorded (audio or visual) or photographed without expressed written consent from the owner. We do not permit observations of yoga classes.
Inclement Weather & Emergency Policy
In case of inclement weather or other unforeseen emergencies, we will do our best to make the decision to cancel classes or workshops at least 2 hours ahead of time. Please follow us on Facebook and Instagram for updates, or call the studio.
